SS16 Menswear trade show MODA

Double H Agency - Bertoni - Colours and Sons - 6th Sense - BlendThe action never stops at Double H Multibrand Fashion Agency, as our successful stint at MODA proves. Shortly after Jacket Required, Indx and Pure, our energetic team bounced off to the NEC in Birmingham again for another edition of MODA – this one being a presentation of 2016’s summer and spring collections. A vast trade show which not only showcases womenswear and menswear but also accessories, footwear and lingerie, MODA was another chance for Double H to showcase the best of what’s to come next spring and summer in menswear.

From the 9th to the 11th of August, our brand managers gave an exclusive preview of our fabulous brands’ SS’16 collections. Eden Park, Colours & Sons, Bertoni of Denmark, 6th Sense and Casual Friday shined thanks to their stunning stands, which were created by the talented Publicity System Ltd. But as well as some eye-catching stands, naturally the collections themselves were more than enough to draw in all of our lovely customers.

Eden Park with Double H AgencyOur sales manager Ward Mann introduced Eden Park’s SS’16 collection. In addition to its timeless navy and grey hues, this collection is a celebration of detail and colour – offering a mass of pastel shades in pink, green and yellow. Split into two parts, Casual Club and Casual Sport, the Parisian brand successfully injects its Rugby spirit into classic pieces that have a fashion-forward feel and don’t lose an ounce of premium quality. But there is more – as official sponsors of England’s Rugby team’s suiting, a collaboration with the RFU and the upcoming World Cup, 2016 is set to be a big year for Eden Park.

Double H and Colours and SonsBuyers also embraced the relaxed accessibility of German brand Colours & Sons. Its joyful SS’16 collection, full of great fabrics and unapologetically colourful pieces, had a great price point but also a trendsetting edge – perfect for younger, style-conscious customers.

Irish menswear brand 6th Sense Global Designs dazzled customers with a charming collection full of timeless shirts, polo shirts, blazers and separates with interesting details on the necklines, cuffs and buttons in an array of both classic and statement colours.

After introducing its Blue Providence collection at Jacket Required, our brand manager Mark Foster presented Bertoni of Denmark high summer collection – a showcase of lightweight separates in super soft and breathable fabrics, along with a continuation of botanical prints and plenty of stark white.

Danish brand Blend’s SS’16 collection – presented by our managers Lee White and Vim Shah – features an eclectic mix of chequered and carefully detailed prints, together with statement sweaters and neoprene jumpers. As for Casual Friday, the menswear brand’s SS’16 collection stays true to its quirky personality with a perfect dose of playful prints, trendsetting tops and stylish trousers.
